Buy Back / Exchange: 60% of the total price of the product. Damaged Pieces: 40% of the total price of the product.

For a product with a total price of ₹90,000, this gives ₹54,000 for Buy Back / Exchange and ₹36,000 for Damaged Pieces. The basis is the total product price, not an assumed current gold rate.
