Eligibility depends on product condition and applicable return rules. Preserve the item, supplied documentation and packaging while your request is reviewed. Any product-specific restrictions must be explained before the applicable purchase.

Shipping and refunds

Responsibility depends on the reason for return and the applicable return policy. If a refund is approved, the amount, payment route and expected processing time will be communicated to you. A fixed return window has not yet been published. This policy does not restrict remedies available under applicable law. Buyback is a separate service, not an automatic refund entitlement.
